Diagnose. Reprogram. Calibrate.

Notebook running the Xglobal software
01

Diagnostics

See what the ECU sees — live.

Plug Xglobal into the bike and the browser turns into a scanner: live sensor data, fault codes, an electrical schematic and a live-data graph for the exact model you're working on.

  • Live data at up to 20 Hz — RPM, TPS, MAP, lambda, temperatures, battery
  • Read and clear fault codes (DTC), with plain-language descriptions
  • Sensor view on the bike, wiring schematic and connector pinout per model
  • OBD-II / CAN and K-Line — per-brand protocols, one interface
02

Reprogramming

Read, write and recover the ECU flash.

Xglobal talks to the ECU's microcontroller directly. Read the original flash, write your calibration back, and follow a guided power-cycle when the ECU needs it — with the pinout for that exact bike on screen.

  • Full flash read (128 KB to 1 MB) and write, with progress and a real-time log
  • Checksum verified and corrected before every write
  • Connector pinouts for 115+ models — Denso, Mitsubishi, Keihin, Bosch and more
  • Local bridges started by the Xglobal app — the browser never touches your hardware alone
03

Calibration

TR Calibration

The map editor that runs in your browser.

Load the XDF and the BIN, edit every table with the right context, compare against another calibration and write straight to the ECU. Nothing to install, no per-machine license.

  • Tables with axes, units and limits taken from the XDF
  • BIN comparison with differences per cell, table and category
  • Checksum checked and corrected before writing
  • "Write" opens Reprogramming with the protocol already detected from the file

The problem

One tool per brand doesn't scale.

Every ECU with its own software, every software with its own license, and the map edited blind — without seeing what the bike is doing. On the most expensive day of the job, the time goes into switching tools.

Before

Everything scattered

  • One software (and one license) per brand
  • No live diagnostics while you edit
  • Checksum by hand, errors on write
  • Comparing BINs outside, in a spreadsheet
  • Pinouts and protocols from memory
  • No history of what was written

With Xglobal

One flow, from diagnosis to the write.

Diagnostics, Reprogramming and TR Calibration share the same login, the same protocol and the same file. Read, adjust, compare and write — then go back to the track with the bike responding.

How it works

Six steps, one job.

From the cable on the ECU to the bike validated on track — without leaving the platform.

01

Connect

Plug Xglobal into the computer and the ECU. The local bridges come up on their own.

02

Diagnose

Live data from the ECU: RPM, TPS, lambda, temperatures, fault codes.

03

Read

Read the flash and keep the original before changing anything.

04

Calibrate

Open BIN + XDF in TR Calibration, edit the tables and compare with another version.

05

Write

Checksum corrected, protocol detected from the file: write straight to the ECU.

06

Validate

Back to live diagnostics to see the bike respond — on the bench or on track.

TR Tech #199 race bike mid-corner

Developed on track

The #199 is our lab.

Every protocol goes through our own race bike before it reaches your bench. We don't resell tools — we race with them.

BIN solutions

Not sure where to start? Send us the file.

Upload your .BIN and describe the job. We reply by e-mail with a written quote. No payment at this stage.

We also develop XDF / definition files for any ECU — motorcycles, cars and light commercial vehicles.

If it says "No file chosen", click and pick your .BIN.
